CANCELLATION TERMS

  • accommodation or wellness stay can only be cancelled in writing by emailing recepcia@hoteltrenciansketeplice.sk upon written confirmation from the hotel,
  • the hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees if the guest changes the dates of stay, the number of guests or in any other way modifies the original booking,
  • if the guest makes a reservation based on the “Best Price Offer” – the best price, the guest will be charged the full amount of the stay on the enclosed credit card, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation,
  • bookings for exceptional dates (Pohoda Festival, Film Festival, Grape Festival) are subject to payment of a 100% non-refundable deposit, which is payable by the guest on the day the booking or reservation is made,
    the cancellation fee can only be waived upon written request for a serious reason (death, illness). The reason for cancellation must be documented with the appropriate proof.

Cancellation of individual reservations 48 hours or more before the day of arrival – free of charge. Later – 100% of the total stay will be forfeited to the hotel operator.

NEW YEAR’S EVE, EASTER

  • 50% of the total price of the stay is required to confirm the reservation,
  • in case of cancellation, changes or no-show on the day of arrival, the prepayment cannot be refunded,
  • only in the event of cancellation due to the closure of the hotel under the current Covid measures, we will issue a voucher for the amount paid, valid for 6 months
  • if the prepayment (50%) is not paid in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
