The discount does not apply to:

• third party business and internet booking systems /discount portals, booking portals/
• use of group rates
• bookings through travel agents or travel agencies
• use of other special rates agreed with another property
• for additional hotel services purchased

• The entitlement to the card and the discount is not automatic, it is applied individually and repeatedly by the guest by presenting the VIP card.
• The discount cannot be granted retroactively, i.e. in relation to services purchased in the past.
• Discounts cannot be combined or cumulated with other valid discounts / only 1 type of discount is applied, the one that is more advantageous for the guest /.
• VIP card is not a debit card, credit card or ATM card.
• VIP card is non-transferable.
